ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Affectionately known as Queen Tasha Drake, Latasha S. Drake is an accomplished Enrolled Agent (EA), Tax Accountant and Principal Owner of Drake & Co. Tax Advisory, LLC, formerly Tax Prep by Ms. Tasha. She has successfully managed her tax preparation services since 2020 but recently expanded her practice to include tax representation for taxpayers who need assistance with IRS matters. Queen Tasha's passion for taxation began early; she independently studied the Tax Code at age sixteen and began preparing taxes professionally (as a PTIN holder) in 2012. Her commitment to excellence and professionalism is demonstrated by her federal licensure as an Enrolled Agent back in April 2026 and her extensive academic background:

• Associate of Science in Accounting (Durham Tech, 2012)

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting (NC Wesleyan University, 2022)

• Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Taxation (UNC-Greensboro, 2024)
